Inshra S. Russell    Creative Director    Inshra Sakhawat Russell  is a filmmaker, photographer, writer and illustrator with a diverse range of interesting projects under her belt. Inshra's creations include  "The Singing Teacher"  - a short film she directed and produced,  advertising campaigns for Aarong  - a Bangladeshi artisan based retailer, numerous music videos for musicians in London and her debut picture book "Tiny Jumps In". She lives in London, U.K. with her husband and their baby boy, Ruben.

Inshra Sakhawat Russell is a filmmaker, photographer, writer and illustrator with a diverse range of interesting projects under her belt. Inshra's creations include "The Singing Teacher" - a short film she directed and produced, advertising campaigns for Aarong - a Bangladeshi artisan based retailer, numerous music videos for musicians in London and her debut picture book "Tiny Jumps In". She lives in London, U.K. with her husband and their baby boy, Ruben.

Yasmin Rahman    Director, Bangladesh Liaison    Yasmin Rahman is a former elementary school teacher who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Guba team from her twenty plus years of teaching young children in both Dhaka, Bangladesh and Toronto, Canada. Mrs. Rahman resides in Dhaka, Bangladesh with her family. She is a proud grandmother of four beautiful children.

Mustafa Monwar    Creative Advisor   Mustafa Monwar is an eminent Bangladeshi artist, painter, sculptor, puppeteer, TV and radio program director, producer, performer, and a professor of the Department of Drawing and Painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Dhaka. He is currently the chairman of Bangladesh Shishu Academy, which is the national academy for promoting cultural development and for nurturing the artistic talents of children in Bangladesh. His puppet shows, filled with positive social messages, are watched and beloved by Bengali speaking children all over the world. In 2004 Mr. Monwar was awarded the Ekushey Padak, one of the highest civilian awards in Bangladesh. Mr. Monwar resides in Dhaka, Bangladesh with his family. His only granddaughter believes (rightfully) that she has the best grandfather in the world.
